我想做一件事
就是把昨天看醫生的對話記錄寫下來
                                                                               
                                                                               
醫:坐,哪裡不舒服?
                                                                               
我:我不想坐,因為站起來的時候會不舒服。
                                                                               
醫:多久了?
                                                                               
我:其實是很久了.....%$^%^&^&*(訴說病狀 站起又坐下幾次)...
    以前有被醫生診斷過叫梨狀肌症候群..
                                                                               
醫:....我也這麼覺得...妳有上網路看過梨狀肌那方面的資訊嗎?
                                                                               
我:ㄜ,有。我也覺得蠻像的....
                                                                               
醫:躺在那張床上。(指著旁邊的床)
                                                                               
                                                                               
(接下來做了一些檢查,包括平躺把腳抬高
  我一路把腳抬到離床90度時  醫生告訴我
  如果是坐骨神經痛  沒辦法抬得這麼高  而是離床15cm就不行了
  這是一般分辨坐骨神經痛與髖關節問題的常見方法)
                                                                               
                                                                               
醫:梨狀肌正好在坐骨神經上方,所以梨狀肌腫脹、發炎,就會壓迫到坐骨神經,
    這樣你就得到坐骨神經痛的症狀。(雙手比劃...)
                                                                               
我:.....(我上網路有看過  網路萬歲)
                                                                               
醫:(用一種奇怪的眼神)妳知道梨狀肌症候群很難治好嗎?唉
                                                                               
我:.................
    有沒有什麼方法是平常可以預防不要這麼痛的...??
                                                                               
醫:唉,就是不要久坐啊~
                                                                               
我:可以做些什麼運動嗎?
                                                                               
醫:你要做什麼運動?
                                                                               
我:跑步之類的...練肌肉啊什麼的,是不是比較不會這麼痛?
                                                                               
醫:最近不要跑步吧  上樓梯也都盡量避免  需要劇烈的跳跟跑、踢都先不要。
                                                                               
我:ㄜ,那還可以做什麼.....(OS:看來只能搖呼啦圈了)
                                                                               
醫:就是不要太激烈的運動......最近也盡量不要背重物。
                                                                               
(沈默了一下下)
                                                                               
醫:唉,你要我怎麼醫妳呢?
                                                                               
我:...(OS:這個問題要問施主大哥你吧)
    就先止痛好了。(媽咧我還真的提供策略)
                                                                               
醫:一般都是會開給妳消炎藥,然後做電療復健,止痛是有效,
    但這樣不是真正地好妳知道嗎?
    平常要多拉筋,等下復健師會教妳。
    ....你平常是坐辦公室嗎?你是做什麼的?
                                                                               
我:ㄜ,我是寫論文的。
                                                                               
醫:什麼系?
                                                                               
我:歷史。
                                                                               
醫:妳讀書太辛苦了!
                                                                               
                                                                               
                                                                               
接著我就被趕到復健師那邊去了。
                                                                               
                                                                               
當醫生在那邊嘆氣的時候我真的有笑出來,嗯
                                                                               
我走進那間診療室的時候  我心裡就在想說我這次要把對話記下來...
為什麼呢?
一方面是我想知道我和人對話的情況是什麼
一方面我真的是受髖關節疼痛苦惱  站也不是  坐也不是
為了明確地記得醫生的醫囑 以協助我很差的短期記憶
我決定寫在這邊  嗯
